Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?
Yes Autocare Mount Gambier do offer Loan cars, they are provided as a courtesy to our clients. Be sure to request one at time of booking.
Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?
No you will not lose your New Car warranty. Your Statutory Warranty will be maintained by us as we follow the dealer servicing requirements to ensure that this is the case. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?
Our service centre will have an electronic record of your service history to date.
Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?
Our invoicing procedure ensures you have a thorough record of the work carried out during your service. The invoice will also provide information regarding future work required.
How long will the service take?
The time that your car servicing will take is dependant on what is required. At the time of booking your Service Advisor will be able to determine this for you.
How much will my service cost?
We can provide you with an estimate of your servicing costs upon request.
How can I pay for my Service?

When are you Open?
Our Mount Gambier workshop is conveniently open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?
From 8am onwards you will find a staff member in our office. Earlier drop offs can be pre arranged with our office staff.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
Absolutely, you can drop off your vehicle after hours. It is best to ensure our staff are aware of this. We have a safe key deposit box. Ask our friendly service team for details when you book.
Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

Can I collect my car after hours?
Yes, pre arranged 'Out of Hours' vehicle collections are possible. Please discuss with our service team.
Can you pick up my car from home?
Autocare Mount Gambier are able to collect your car from home within our local area. Please call us to confirm eligibility.
Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?
We are also happy to drop our customers home within our local area. Call us to confirm.
What happens if something is not right after my car service?
We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then don't hesitate to call us. And you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.
Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?
Yes we can send you a service reminder so you don't miss out on keeping your car safe and in top condition.
Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?
Yes, we are able to service your car at the same time it is in our Mount Gambier workshop. This will save you time off the road. Please let us know at time of booking.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?
Yes, you still need to service your vehicle even if you don't drive much. An idle vehicle doesn't keep the motor or battery in optimal condition.
Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?
We will always let you know if we come across anything that needs replacement or repair and will do our best to have it done on the same day.
Can you wash my car?
We offer a service wash and vacuum for any vehicle what comes in for a service and repair. This is a complimentary service we provide to our clients.
What type of oils and parts do you use?
We use only the best Penrite Oils and parts.
Do you check my brakes during a service?
Your brakes are always checked with every service and we will let you know when the pads are due for replacement.
